As an AWS Partner, BizCloud Experts follows privacy, security, and operational practices aligned with industry standards and cloud security best practices, including principles consistent with AWS privacy and data protection frameworks.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, and protect information when delivering consulting services, managed services, software solutions, and digital platforms.


Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • BizCloud Experts websites and digital platforms

  • Client consulting engagements and managed services

  • Internal operational systems

  • Communication with clients, partners, employees, contractors, and visitors

  • Platforms such as Fields Manager and related BizCloud solutions

This policy governs the collection, processing, storage, transfer, and protection of personal information and client data handled by BizCloud Experts.


Roles in Data Processing

BizCloud Experts operates under two primary roles:

Data Controller

For information collected directly from:

  • Prospective customers

Data Processor

For most client engagements, BizCloud Experts acts as a data processor and processes information only on behalf of clients and according to client instructions, particularly in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, and managed service engagements.

Clients retain ownership and control of their data.

BizCloud Experts does not claim ownership of customer content stored within client environments or cloud platforms such as AWS.

BizCloud Experts follows the principle of data minimization, collecting only information necessary to operate our business and deliver services.

Where cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) are used, security responsibilities follow the shared responsibility model between the cloud provider, BizCloud Experts, and the client.

Customer Application Responsibility

BizCloud Experts may manage or operate customer cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounts, as part of consulting or managed services engagements. However, unless explicitly defined in a written service agreement, BizCloud Experts is not responsible for the design, security, functionality, availability, or compliance of customer-managed applications deployed within those environments.

Even when BizCloud Experts has administrative or operational access to an AWS account, responsibility for customer-developed or customer-managed applications remains with the customer.

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Application architecture and software design

  • Application code and development practices

  • Security of application logic and dependencies

  • Data governance and regulatory compliance of applications

  • Application-level authentication and authorization

  • Patching and maintenance of customer-managed software components

BizCloud Experts may provide guidance, architectural recommendations, or implementation assistance, but the ownership and accountability for customer-managed applications and their behavior remains with the customer organization.

This allocation of responsibility is consistent with the AWS Shared Responsibility Model and typical cloud operating practices.


International Data Transfers

BizCloud Experts operates globally and may process information in multiple jurisdictions.

When data is transferred internationally, appropriate safeguards are implemented to ensure an equivalent level of data protection consistent with applicable privacy laws.


Data Retention

BizCloud Experts retains information only as long as necessary to:

  • Deliver contracted services

  • Maintain operational records

  • Meet legal and regulatory requirements

  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

When information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.


Individual Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable privacy laws, individuals may have rights including:

  • Access to personal information

  • Correction of inaccurate data

  • Deletion of personal information

  • Restriction of processing
